Submission Agreement
You agree that all items, tangible or not, whether oral or written, including statements, questions, suggestions, photos or other content (collectively, "Materials") that you submit or transmit are owned solely by you and that you assume total and exclusive responsibility and liability for the content thereof and the use thereof. NorthStar Strategic Research LLC has the right to use your Materials on our site as well as for marketing purposes. You also agree that you will not upload or post any Materials or other content that is or may be threatening, profane, harassing, defamatory, unlawful, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, or which may give rise to civil or criminal liability under any applicable law. You further agree that you will fully indemnify and hold NorthStar Strategic Research LLC harmless of, from and against any and all liability, loss, damages, costs and attorneys' fees that may be alleged against or incurred by NorthStar Strategic Research LLC as a result of any and all claims by third parties or legal or regulatory authorities related in any manner to your Materials or the use thereof regardless of whether or not NorthStar Strategic Research LLC pre-screens your content. NorthStar Strategic Research LLC reserves the right to edit or remove content which violates or which we reasonably believe violates any of the foregoing provisions or any law or regulation.
